HONG KONG – With Hong Kong Top Bars, Discover Third Culture Sip at Friday After Class asFriday After Class (FAC) is proud to announce the launch of its latest cocktail program, The Third Culture Sip, debuting on 30 March, 2026. Moving beyond the dated concept of fusion, the new menu explores the integration of global heritage and local Hong Kong identity, capturing the unique Third Culture childhood experience of belonging to two places at once.
The Third Culture Sip is more than a menu, it is a narrative of the modern Hong Konger. It reflects the global childhood, the feeling of growing up between worlds, and honors those memories by giving them a permanent home in a single glass. Whether it is the savory depth of black sesame or the zing of Japanese yuzu, each ingredient is treated with the reverence of a classic, refined for the discerning palate of the city's grown-up third-culture kids.

Menu Highlights: All cocktails on the new menu are priced at HK$130. Key highlights include:
● Butter Pop! A sophisticated reimagining of cinema snacks featuring white rum, butter, popcorn, earl grey, and chocolate.
● Froyo Raspberry Cheesecake A liquid dessert with adult complexity, blending rum with berries, pear, cheese, balsamic, honey, and wine.
● Tropical Spicy Brew A bridge between the Caribbean and Southeast Asia, combining gin, pineapple, and guava with light roast coffee, tamarind, and tajin.
● Maple Bacon Old-Fashioned A rich, savory old fashioned, featuring whiskey, rye, maple syrup, bacon, and peanut butter.
● Spice & Sesame Martini A bold, savory profile featuring bourbon, rum, black sesame, lemongrass, and kaffir lime.
● Yaki-Caprese Salad A daring snack-tail inspired by Rome and Osaka, mixing vodka, tomato, and yaki-sauce with mozzarella, ginger, seaweed, and wasabi.
● Tom Yum Coco A spicy, aromatic blend of gin, coconut, and traditional Tom Yum spices with chili pepper.
A Story of Integration: The Third Culture Sip draws inspiration from the native flavors of South East Asia, Caribbean and European upbringings, seamlessly integrating them with the punchy flavours of Hong Kong. By applying high-level mixology to comfort flavors, the menu evolves from sugar-sweet childhood memories into sophisticated adult profiles defined by complex bitterness, acidity, aromatics and depth.
