The Pontiac x Bar Flora unite for Women's International Month with CROSSIP

HONG KONG, 25 Feb, 2025 - This International Women’s Month Hong Kong, two of Asia’s most defiant spirits collide on March 12th, from 8:00 PM onwards. The only female-led bars in their respective cities, host bar The Pontiac in Hong Kong and Bar Flora in Manila will merge for a night to celebrate International Women’s Month for the ultimate riot.

Bar Flora arrives in Hong Kong having recently revamped its entire signature menu to reinforce its dual identity as a premier tea and gin bar. A woman-led, botanical forward concept, Bar Flora offers a unique transition from day to night. While it serves as a global teahouse by day, at night it transforms into a specialized gin bar boasting over 330 varieties of gin.

Leading the shift is a powerhouse trio of Manila’s finest bartending talent: Iza Juano, Sam Belmonte, and Abbie Romero, they will be delivering a sophisticated tea and gin craft all night.

Reflecting Bar Flora’s commitment to inclusive drinking including their signature zero-ABV "tea-tails" the evening will feature sophisticated no-and-low options with the zero-proof spirit CROSSIP providing guests with 0% ABV choices. This mindful selection will be available alongside the premier spirit-forward portfolio from Proof & Co.

For this "Ultimate Riot," the Bar Flora team brings a cocktail philosophy inspired by six distinct tea profiles:
