HONG KONG [April 15, 2026] – The Captain has dropped anchor on the sun-drenched, vibrant coast of Mexico, and he’s brought the ultimate treasure chest back to Victoria Harbour. Introducing the Port Of Call: Mexico campaign at Cruise Restaurant & Bar at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong rooftop. With views of Victoria Harbour, the campaign launches on April 17th and runs for six weeks,as we transform its expansive outdoor terrace into a lush, high-energy Latin oasis.

Partnering with premium distributor Spiritu, The Port of Call: Mexico is your passport to Cabo, no flights required. As the sun sets over the harbour, the energy rises. For six weeks, Cruise isn't just serving drinks, they are serving a vacation. Every Friday night from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, resident DJs will take over the rooftop, spinning heavy Reggaeton and Latin beats to keep the weekend vibes flowing and the tequila pouring alongside sombreros, frozen margaritas, and more.

Returning with a curated haul of premium spirits, the bespoke beverage menu is an exploration of Mexico's rich, earthy flavors paired with innovative zero-proof alchemy.
The undisputed hero of the terrace is the custom Slushie Margarita Machine, churning out both frozen cocktails to beat the Hong Kong heat:
The Agave Frozen Margarita (Alcoholic): A frosty, complex blend of Tierra Zafiro Blanco tequila, perfectly balanced with Cointreau, dehydrated lime and zest.
0% Blazing Mangorita: For those staying on the dry side, CROSSIP Blazing Pineapple, mango, watermelon, lime.
The exclusive shaken and stirred cocktail menu highlights Spiritu’s premium portfolio:
Zafiro Highball: A refreshing and complex blend of Tierra Zafiro tequila, CROSSIP Citrus, soda, shiso leaf.
La Paloma: A smoky, vibrant take on the classic, featuring Taddel Plata tequila, Nuku Mezcal, fresh grapefruit, lime, soda.
Banana Old Fashioned: A tropical, spirit-forward sipper made with Taddel Reposado tequila, banana, turmeric bitters, chocolate bitters, carmelised banana.
Coco-Rita: Taking a trip down to Cabo for a refreshing loco for the coco, with Taddel Plata, cointreau, lime, coconut.

Mapo Nachos: Baked tortilla chips smothered in Sichuan-style minced pork, tofu, green chili, and scallions.
Cruise "Tacos" (3pc): A decadent choice of Wagyu Short Rib or Maitake Mushroom, topped with cucumber, pickled chili, and tomatillo chutney.
Gyoza Enchiladas: A bold fusion featuring cheddar cheese, furikake, and a generous drizzle of chili oil.
Prawn Aguachile Verde: Bright and zesty prawns with sweet corn, lime and herb dressing, pickled jalapeño, and a crispy rice cracker.
