HONG KONG — Cassio Social Club is leveling up with the launch of The Silver Tray Society every Wednesday starting from June 3rd 2026. "Grow up. Get the Happy Meal," this new Wednesday night residency prides itself for tableside mixology, elevating the happy meal nostalgia and a vibrant live DJ night on the Cassio terrace.
Every Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the evening is anchored by two highly experiential offerings. The first is a roving Martini Trolley, navigating the terrace to serve bespoke classic and Nusantara espresso martinis shaken directly at the guest's table.
The second is a premium offering designed to trigger adult nostalgia: The Adult Happy Meal. Served entirely on a sleek silver platter, the meal is available in three distinct, curated tiers:
The Small ($180 HKD): A live-station Premium Burger paired with one Trolley Martini.
The Medium ($200 HKD): A live-station Premium Burger, Truffle Fries, and one Trolley Martini.
The Large ($250 HKD): A live-station Premium Burger, Truffle Fries, Chicken Bites, and one Trolley Martini.Those opting for the Large meal can grab a limited edition Happy Meal box available from 27th May onwards.

The Monthly Special Edition: A Platform for Female Creators
While The Silver Tray Society operates weekly, the energy peaks on the last Wednesday of every month with a flagship Special Edition. Built to champion female talent and luxury lifestyle brands, these end-of-month activations feature a curated takeover of the terrace with every attendee receiving a limited-edition happy meal box.
Each Special Edition brings together the region’s top female mixologists to take over the bar alongside the Martini Trolley, serving one-night-only cocktail menus. The evening is further layered with pop-up showcases from female-founded luxury lifestyle and beauty brands, while guests have the chance to secure highly limited giveaways of Cassio's custom-designed, collectible "Adult Happy Meal" boxes.
"We wanted to create an experience on our terrace that hasn’t been seen before," says Bruno Marques, Managing Director. "The Silver Tray Society is about the tactile pleasure of a perfectly shaken martini arriving at your table, the nostalgia of unboxing a premium meal, and providing a stylish platform for the city's best female talent. It is for a crowd that has grown up, but still wants to play."
